My massage therapy sessions offer a variety of modalities and adjustments to ensure you are able to focus on restoration and healing. Vagus Massage: $25
This fully-clothed, 20 minute massage is very gentle and targets the vagus nerve to move you from fight or flight into relax and digest. It involves very light stimulation of reflexology points in the ear, along the jaw, and down the neck, as well as massaging the neck and providing gentle traction. This type of massage is suitable for everyone and particularly great for those who have nerve-related conditions, autoimmune disorders, inflammation, chronic pain, and sleep issues.

Target Area Massage: $40
A 30 minute table massage that targets 1-2 problem areas, such as back and shoulders, hamstrings, calves, forearms, or feet. For more comprehensive sessions, please book a 60 or 90 minute massage.

Major Areas Massage: $75
A 60 minute table massage that allows enough time for me to massage major areas of tension, such as back, hips, hamstrings, neck, and shoulders. For a more comprehensive session, please book a 90 minute massage.
